DRIVER’S QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
In order for the driver to be able to rent a vehicle of our Company, he must:
-To be at least 23 years old
-To be the owner of a credit/debit card, accepted by our Company, for the pre-approval of the amounts related to the guarantee, the advance payment and the payment of the rental cost (for non-prepaid bookings).
-To hold a driver’s license for at least 1 year
-His driver’s license must be Greek, European (for EU countries) or any other third country permitted by current Greek legislation.

CREDIT CARD – CHARGES
Online booking requires a credit/debit card to complete. In the event of cancellation outside the predetermined time limits or no-show for the collection of the car, then there will be a charge (as described in the “CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW RESERVATION” section) to cover administrative costs and the extraordinary loss of the Company’s scheduled income.

To pick up the car, the owner of the card with which the reservation was made must be present. The cardholder will appear on the contract as 1st or 2nd driver. Most credit/debit cards are accepted including American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

If you choose to pay on collection of the vehicle then your credit/debit card will not be charged, only the amount of the advance payment.

WARRANTY
Upon receipt of the car, a guarantee amount will be reserved/charged to the credit/debit card of the 1st or 2nd driver, which will be returned in full at the end of the rental, as long as no other charges arise. The release/return of the amount can take up to 14 days depending on the issuing bank of the card. The amount of the guarantee varies by car type.

CHANGE OF BOOKING
A change to a reservation can be made by sending a relevant email to [email protected].
A change to a reservation implies a recalculation of the price, according to the availability of vehicles, the prices valid at that time, the delivery and return point, etc.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION, NO SHOW
In prepaid reservations, if the cancellation is made up to 168 hours before the start of the rental (7 calendar days in advance), the entire amount of the reservation will be returned to your card, without any further charges. If the cancellation is made up to 96 hours before the start of the rental, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be returned to your card. Otherwise, you will not be refunded any amount of money but we will issue you a voucher of the same amount for future use/rental of any available vehicle from our Company.

In bookings where you have paid us only an amount for your booking in advance and the booking is paid for on collection of the car, cancellation is permitted and the refund policy is exactly the same as for pre-paid bookings.

If upon receipt of the vehicle, the prospective renter does not meet the conditions stated in the “DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED” section then the reservation is canceled and the exact same refund policy is followed as for pre-paid reservations.

EARLY RETURN
In case of returning the car earlier than the date shown in the reservation, there will be no refund, no amount of money will be returned to you, but we will issue you a voucher of the same amount for future use/rental of any available vehicle from our Company.
